CASTLEHEAD ARCADE is made by Jorge Morón, trading as CASTLEHEAD STUDIOS, in Valencia, Spain. This policy explains what the game does with your information. The short version: the game does not collect anything about you, and it has no accounts, no ads and no analytics.
The game saves your progress, your high scores and your settings — volume, language, vibration, flashes, blood — in your device's local storage. This never leaves your phone, is never sent anywhere, and is not readable by me. Uninstalling the game, or using "Clear data" in the settings screen, deletes it permanently.
The game uses Google Play Games Services for achievements. If you are signed in to Play Games on your device, Google records which achievements you have unlocked and links them to your Google account.
That data is handled by Google, not by me. I never see your name, your email address or your account. What I can see are anonymous, aggregated statistics in Google Play Console — for example how many players have unlocked a given achievement — with no way to identify anyone.
If you are not signed in to Play Games, the game works exactly the same and nothing is sent. Google's own policy applies to this part: policies.google.com/privacy.
Tips are entirely optional and are handled on Ko-fi, outside the game. If you send one, Ko-fi and its payment processor Stripe handle the transaction under their own policies. I never see your card details.
The game is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them. Since the game collects nothing at all, there is nothing to delete — but if you have any concern, write to me at the address below.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct and delete your personal data. Because I hold no personal data about you, there is nothing on my side to give you or erase. For anything held by Google through Play Games Services, use your Google account settings.
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date at the top.
